This is Part 3 (and the most relevant to the site) of a great BBC documentary called The Atom. The episode is entitled “The Illusion of Reality” and is presented by Professor Jim Al-Khalili of the University of Surrey.

From the BBC:

Al-Khalili discovers that there might be parallel universes in which different versions of us exist, and finds out that empty space isn’t empty at all, but seething with activity.
